Refund & Return Policy 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • B2C Customers:

    • Products can be returned within 1 day of delivery.
    • Returns courier cost has to be paid by the customer only.
    • incase false return item purchased with another place and tried to return here. your items are not eligible for exchange.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
    • Defective or damaged items will be eligible for replacement or repair first, with refunds considered if those options aren’t feasible.
  • B2B Customers:

    • Returns are accepted only for defective products or incorrect shipments.
    • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
    • Custom orders or bulk purchases are non-refundable unless agreed upon in a prior contract.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, due to their nature, cannot be returned:
    • Opened or used software ( ex : mobile antivirus)
    • mobile Tempered Glass
    • Batteries and consumable items
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
    • earphones , neckbands
    • Clearance and refurbished items (may be eligible for repairs under warranty, if available)

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Restocking fees may apply for certain B2B returns (typically between 10-20%).

4. Return Process

  • For B2C:

    • Customers should initiate a return request on their order history page.
    • A prepaid shipping label will be provided if the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • For B2B:

    • Contact the account manager or support to initiate a return.
    • Shipping costs will typically be covered by the customer unless otherwise arranged.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims can be processed through us or directly with the manufacturer, depending on the product.
  • Some products may require an extended evaluation period if repairs are handled by the manufacturer.

6. Exceptions and Disclaimers

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet return eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection confirms the product is in returnable condition.
