You must provide accurate business details ( business address, contact person) to register. We reserve the right to verify or reject any account.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices listed are inclusive of GST unless specified. Orders are subject to stock availability. Wolsale reserves the right to cancel orders or adjust prices due to technical errors or changes in market conditions.
4. Payment
All payments must be made in full or partial before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other modes displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once dispatched. For changes in order quantity or address, contact us immediately after placing the order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including product images, brand logos, and text, is the property of Wolsale or its suppliers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold.
8. Jurisdiction
All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction shall be Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh or the nearest appropriate court.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Partners
We use reputed courier partners for pan-India delivery. ( Delhivery, ekart, amazon, ecom express, xpressbees , dtdc)
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
4. Bulk Orders
For wholesale quantities or special shipping requirements, please contact our support team.
5. Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp post-dispatch.
💰 Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
As a B2B seller, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product is damaged or wrongly delivered ( customer has to pay the return courier charges )
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via UPI/bank transfer within 7 working days after we inspect the returned goods.
3. Credit Note
In some cases, we may offer a credit note instead of a refund, valid for future purchases.
