What information couriers do not share:
- Local delivery person’s phone number
- Courier branch phone number
- Courier office address
- Route or delivery timing details
How delivery communication works:
Once the parcel is marked “Out for Delivery,” the courier team will contact the recipient directly if required. Delivery timing, route, and scheduling are handled by the courier company.
Self Pickup orders:
If the tracking status shows “Pickup from office,” the courier usually sends an SMS with the pickup address, or a courier representative will contact you.
Escalation requests:
If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, we can raise an escalation request with the courier support panel. Updates will then be shared by the courier team.
Important points:
- We do not receive local courier contact information
- We cannot change delivery timing or route
- Pickup location is decided by the courier company
- Address information is shared directly by the courier, not by us
Quick message for customers:
“Courier companies do not provide local delivery contact details to sellers. Please wait for courier communication through call or SMS. If tracking is delayed, we will raise an escalation request.”
